  SoftProfile Juggler Adjusting Windows Screenshots
Juggler can automatically adjust your windows so that they are always within your desktop. When new windows are opened, they are sometimes placed partly offscreen. This is a real problem when you place the taskbar at the top of the screen. This is because the titlebar of windows can get tucked under the taskbar and there is no longer a simple way of moving them.

Automatically adjusting windows means that your windows are always where you expect them to be: fully in sight. However, sometimes you may want your windows to get out of the way. You could hide the window (another Juggler feature) or move it partly offscreen. Normally, you would expect Juggler to move it back onscreen but the default option is not to adjust any windows that are more than a quarter offscreen.

  Tips

  • If you find that you frequently move windows off to one side of the screen to get them out of the way, you can disable this edge so that Juggler will no longer automatically adjust windows falling off that edge. To do this, uncheck the appropriate edge in the Adjuster settings.
  • Though in most cases the default options are adequate, there are advanced options that allow you to tell Juggler not to adjust windows that are a certain amount offscreen. The option is Don't adjust windows that are over <an amount> offscreen.
